Complaints Policy

The Nursery has an open door policy with regard to any problems that may arise and parents are encouraged to discuss any concerns when they arise with a member of staff or the nursery manager.

If a parent or carer wishes to make a more formal complaint, they are asked to put this in writing to the Proprietors who will investigate and then notify the parent/carer of the outcome within 14 days.

If problems are not resolved and parents feel further action is needed they are asked to contact:
