About the Nursery

We are a private day nursery for children aged 2 to 5 years. Since we opened in 1992, the nursery has achieved excellent Ofsted ratings, and a longstanding high reputation in the Oxford area.

Our Comfortable Home Environment

Our premises are in a beautiful Edwardian house in north Oxford. We provide children with a comfortable home in which to play, learn, and enjoy their time with us. There is plenty of scope for all kinds of activity, inside and out, with the nursery taking up the whole of the ground floor and garden.

A Solid Foundation for Learning

Over 30 years the nursery has grown and developed in line with the changing requirements of parents and educational authorities. We are now a foundation for Early Years Learning and we provide an ideal start for all children – bringing together aspects of the National Curriculum without losing those core elements of warmth and play that are at the heart of a child’s day.

We are very proud of our highly qualified staff, who we encourage in their ongoing professional development. We have a long-established management team who inspire with their leadership.
